We highly recommend bringing enough cash for your stay and tab, as there are no bank machines nearby. There is a 5% fee for paying with credit card or PayPal. Check-in is at 2 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m. No offsite food or drinks are allowed on the property. The kitchen or fridge is not available for guest use. For dorm lockers, please bring your own locks or you may purchase a lock for $3. Quiet hours are from 1AM - 7AM.

The Lodge is on a remote and isolated location, guests must cross a river by boat and either walk or be picked up by horse carriage to travel the 900m distance to reach us. We offer private secure parking in Poneloya for $3 USD (C$100 cordobas).

Cancellation policy: Full refund when notifying us 48 hrs before check-in date. No refund given within 48 hrs of check-in date.
